At Horse Amazing Shop, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for processing the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if you change your mind. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. If you have any questions about specific products, please feel free to reach out. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like to exchange.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
